Tragic Plane Crash Claims Lives of Colorado Avalanche Head Coach and Two Players

In a devastating turn of events, Colorado Avalanche head coach Jared Bednar and two of the team’s star players were killed in a plane crash while en route to a training session. The aircraft, a small private jet, went down in the rugged terrain of the Rockies early this morning, just hours before the team was scheduled to begin preparations for their upcoming games.
