Weeks after announcing their return to the road, and then subsequently increasing the total number of shows, RUSH has expanded its 2026 ‘Fifty Something’ tour to 17 more cities, including Philadelphia, Boston, Washington D.C., Detroit, Atlanta and more. Co-founders Alex Lifeson and Geddy Lee are forming a new version of their iconic progressive rock band with drummer Anika Nilles and a cast of yet-to-be-announced additional players. “Thank you again, we just can’t wait to get on stage and make all those mistakes that we’ve been practicing,” Lee said in a video announcement. Lee and Lifeson say each gig will honor late-drummer and lyricist Neil Peart, who passed away in 2020. Citi cardmembers presale begins on Friday, October 24, at noon local time. General on-sale begins Friday, October 31, at noon local time.
