Lineup Change: Return of Rob Dukes
In January 2025, Exodus announced the departure of longtime vocalist Steve “Zetro” Souza and the return of former frontman Rob Dukes. Dukes, who previously led the band from 2005 to 2014, is set to rejoin Exodus for upcoming projects.
Upcoming Album and Tour
The band is preparing to enter the studio in February 2025 to record their next album, the follow-up to their 2021 release, “Persona Non Grata.” Guitarist Gary Holt has expressed enthusiasm about the new material, stating that the songs are “off the charts sick.”
In addition to the new album, Exodus has announced plans for a world tour in 2025 and 2026, aiming to bring their high-energy performances to fans worldwide.
40th Anniversary Celebration
To commemorate the 40th anniversary of their debut album, “Bonded by Blood,” Exodus will host a special concert at the UC Theatre in Berkeley on April 25, 2025. This event will feature a live performance of the entire album, celebrating the band’s legacy in the thrash metal scene.
