The NBA is heating up this Sunday with nine games on the schedule. Among the marquee matchups, the New York Knicks vs Milwaukee Bucks and Dallas Mavericks vs Denver Nuggets stand out as must-watch games.

The Denver Nuggets are on the road to face the Dallas Mavericks in back-to-back games, starting today (January 12) and continuing on Tuesday (January 14).

After splitting the first two games in Denver, the Nuggets (22-15) now have a golden chance to capitalize on the absences of the Mavericks’ superstars, Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving. The Mavs (22-16) are coming off two solid wins over the Lakers and Trail Blazers, while Denver is also on a two-game win streak.

Despite the Mavericks’ recent form, the absence of Doncic and Irving makes the Nuggets slight favorites for this contest. However, Dallas has shown they can still be dangerous without their stars. Their impressive win over the Lakers is proof that they are more than capable of pulling off upsets when needed.
