Netflix is turning up the volume — and the gore — with the announcement of *Cannibal Corpse: Eaten Back to Life*, a new, no-holds-barred documentary that dives headfirst into the blood-soaked history of the world’s most infamous death metal band.
Premiering later this year, the film promises rare archival footage, never-before-seen interviews, and an unflinching look at the controversies that followed the band through decades of bans, protests, and global cult status. Directed by horror documentarian Lexi Graves, the film chronicles the band’s rise from Tampa’s sweaty underground clubs to a Billboard-charting phenomenon that terrified parents and delighted fans.
The Netflix logo paired with the band’s notorious dripping font already has fans buzzing online.
“Not for the faint of heart,” Netflix teased in a blood-red promo. “This is Cannibal Corpse. Uncensored. Unburied. Unleashed.”
