
Depeche Mode Announces New Album and World Tour in 2025

Iconic electronic rock band Depeche Mode has just revealed exciting news for fans worldwide — they are set to release their highly anticipated new album, Echoes of Tomorrow, on May 15, 2025. The album marks their first release in four years and promises to deliver a fresh blend of the band’s signature sound, alongside experimental elements reflecting their evolution over the decades.
In addition to the album, Depeche Mode has announced a massive global tour, which will kick off in Europe this summer. The Echoes of Tomorrow World Tour will see the band perform in major cities across North America, Europe, and Asia, with the first show slated for June 12, 2025, at London’s O2 Arena. Tickets for the tour will go on sale this Friday, February 28, with special VIP packages offering exclusive access to backstage events and meet-and-greets.
Speaking about the album, lead singer Dave Gahan stated, “This album feels like a new chapter for us. We’ve gone in a slightly different direction, but at the same time, it’s very much Depeche Mode. The fans will recognize the emotional depth and atmospheric vibe we’re known for, but there’s also something new and exciting about it.”
The announcement has sent waves of excitement through the band’s massive fan base, who have eagerly awaited new material since their last studio album, Spirit (2017).
