The film traces Joy Division’s rise from the bleak industrial backdrop of late-1970s Manchester to their tragic transformation after the death of frontman *Ian Curtis*. Featuring *archival performances*, *unseen photographs*, and *emotional interviews* with surviving bandmates and close collaborators, it captures the intensity, isolation, and creative brilliance that defined the group’s sound.
